This project features 48 residential units and 1 commercial and retail space, designed to be an outstanding example of modern, urban living, with sleek, efficient uni designs, and electricity generated by solar energy. Located in Western SoMa, a burgeoning area known for its tech companies and start-ups, the neighborhood is full of new attractions: craft breweries, restaurants, and galleries, and is one of the most rapidly growing areas of San Francisco.
